Whilst we found the walking quite easy we are very fit and had hiked over 200km in the preceding weeks. Others on the trip struggled so you should have a good level of fitness. We also wore light hiking shoes, others wore white runners/tennis shoes and they don’t have the traction in rain and leaves and mud. They couldn’t get to a few views because of mud puddles but our shoes…”
